Rift Studio is an interactive art space that explores the multi-facets of what art truly can be. Founded by artists, Mika Eubanks and Kelli Williams, the studio serves as a platform for emerging artists to express their creative voices in a collaborative space.The art showcased is a collision between fine and contemporary art ranging from performance garment and animation to painting and sculpture. Rift studio has three main functions: gallery, studio, and store.
Internship Position:
Intern, Baltimore Arts district, MD
Rift Studio is currently looking for qualified Interns to be part of the art team of the newly founded studio. There are dual requirements to this Internship: First, Interns will be required to create one successful community event or project that will take place or be displayed in the studio. Second, Interns will work in the studio revitalizing the space, supporting in the fabrication of art, and promoting the studio to the Baltimore area. Qualified applicants must be strongly self motivated,posses great communication and time management skills, and the ability to successfully work in a team environment.

Almanac Industries is a bookbinding and letterpress studio based in Baltimore, Maryland. Using screenprinted or sewn leather and a variety of fabrics we make journals, sketchbooks, and guestbooks. We also offer a selection of letterpress goods for the everyday as well as custom printing for any occasion. Our antique press fits wonderfully in the 19th century barn that is our studio. This location is the perfect home for us as our goal is for what we make to be used, loved, and to last.

Internship Position: General Intern
An intern at our studio would be involved in nearly every aspect of daily business, including, but not limited to – hand bookbinding, paper cutting, mock-ups, letterpress printing, packaging, shipping, blogging, Etsy upkeep and craft show prep. Our most important thing we focus on is the quality of our handwork and our relationships with clients.
