Graphic Design Internship

Paid/ Start Date: ASAP

Feats, a creative services and events agency in Baltimore, is committed to providing opportunities for college students to develop skills and get first-hand experience in a variety of areas. Our internship program enables college students to gain valuable work and learning experiences in design, event production, and project management. Interns acquire experience in research, brainstorming, creative development, and technical detail related to creating and producing events for a broad range of clients. Our interns become part of the team, participating in meetings, developing presentations, and contributing to the daily work of our staff of creative professionals. Ideal candidates are curious, passionate, dependable, and confident.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate Junior or Senior Ideally a commitment of two sequential days a week, 9am – 5pm. Candidates should be proficient in CS Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. We also look for candidates familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Keynote, and CS After Effects. Photography, web, and other skills are always a plus.

Freelance Presentation Designer

Paid/ Part-Time Position

We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint and Keynote freelance presentation designer to support our in-house design team. In the event setting, screen graphics are a large part of the visual landscape, outstanding presentations are critical for our events. Presentation designs are often the focal point of a stage program or topic area. In addition to the event program presentation, there could be sponsorship credit loops, animated imagery or fact loops.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have experience developing a presentation from provided event branding through final production.

Candidates should be skilled in PowerPoint and Keynote.

Freelance Graphic Designer

Paid/ Part-Time Position

We are looking for a variety of freelance graphic designers to support our in-house design team. Projects range from presentation books and mood boards to event collateral and environmental graphics. Designer will need to develop graphics with direction from internal team, follow style guides, create proofs for clients, and export print files.

Must have great attention to detail, be flexible and creative.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have experience taking a project from concept to development and through final production/execution.

Candidates should be experienced in CS Photoshop,

Illustrator, and InDesign.

We are also looking for freelancers skilled in PowerPoint and Keynote presentation graphics.

Occasionally we have a need for an After Effects designer/animator.
